About Embroidery
The first stage in the the embroidery process is to digitise your logo or design, this turns your provided artwork into a format the machines can read. Producing a quality embroidery starts at the digitisation stage, an experienced digitiser will detail all the stitch work required.
We use multi head Tajima embroidery machines. Your garment is framed and clipped into the embroidery machine where the needles stitch the various coloured threads into the garment to build up your design.
We are able to embroider onto a wide range of garments including t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, jackets, hats and bags. Each uses different methods to achieve a good quality finish. Different frame sizes make it possible to embroider a wide range of positions including sleeves and below the neckline.
Embroidery Pricing
Setup - Digitisation of your artwork is free of charge for any design up to 10,000 stitches. This setup is then kept for use with any repeat orders of the same design. We mail out a stitched out sample of your design for approval prior to production.
Embroidery Costs - The cost to embroider your garments depends on the quantity of embroideries you have, bear in mind that you can have a number of different garments embroidered with the same design and take advantage of quantity discounts. E.g. 15 t-shirts and 15 polo shirts embroidered with the same design would be priced at the 25-49 rate.
Prices below cover any embroidery up to 10,000 stitches. This stitch count is generally enough to achieve a well sized, good quality chest embroidery. These costs are exclusive of garment costs, which can be found in our catalogue.

Lead Times and Delivery
Standard lead time is 7-10 days maximum, however we can usually accommodate for tighter lead times if needed, please contact us to enquire.
Delivery is via next day courier and charged at £9.00, delivery is free on any order over £150.00.
